Program name: Ancarna Digital Marketing SMS Alerts

Message types: Quote follow-up, appointment scheduling and confirmations, service reminders, job status updates, customer support communications, and occasional promotional offers.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 6 messages per month.

Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Ancarna does not charge for SMS messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out: Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.

How to get help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (304) 873-9802.

Supported carriers: Available on all major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier availability may vary.

Consent is not required: Opting into our SMS program is not required to request a quote, schedule service, or use any services from Ancarna Digital.

Data sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.
